If you become a client, your engagement with Picolo Bloom is governed by a separate service agreement (Service Agreement) that we provide before commencing services. That Service Agreement covers funding, scope of services, cancellations, complaints and other clinical matters.
Booking a free chat or sending an enquiry does not create a contract for services. We may decline to offer services if our scope, capacity or expertise isn’t the right fit — in which case we’ll do our best to refer you elsewhere.
