How we store and protect it
Personal and clinical information is stored in secure, password-protected systems hosted in Australia. We use end-to-end encryption for sensitive data and follow Australian health record standards for retention and disposal.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share information only:
- With clinicians directly delivering your child’s services
- With government agencies as required (e.g. NDIA, Thriving Kids program reporting, mandatory reporting obligations)
- With your consent — e.g. to share information with your GP or your child’s school
- With service providers who help us run our business (email, analytics, hosting) — bound by data-protection contracts

- Request corrections to inaccurate information
- Request deletion (subject to legal and clinical retention requirements)
