Picolo Bloom is a Melbourne-wide early intervention and Thriving Kids provider. We’re an extension of years of experience supporting hundreds of NDIS participants and their families — purpose-built for the new era of community-based early childhood support.
Why Picolo Bloom exists
For years, our team has worked alongside hundreds of NDIS families across Melbourne — watching the same problem play out again and again. Parents notice something. They wait. They Google. They wait for assessments. They wait for diagnoses. They wait for plans. By the time support arrives, months or years have gone by — and their child is the same child they were on day one, just older.
The Thriving Kids program is a once-in-a-generation chance to fix that. To get support to families when they first notice a concern — not when a paediatrician’s wait list says so. To deliver therapy where children actually live and learn. To wrap whole-family education around the work, instead of treating children in isolation.

Picolo Bloom operates under Care Franko Pty Ltd (ACN 681 359 991), a Victorian proprietary company. We are an existing NDIS registered provider with years of experience delivering allied health and disability support across Melbourne. Picolo Bloom is our purpose-built early intervention and Thriving Kids practice, launching ahead of the national program rollout on 1 October 2026.
We hold current Working With Children Checks for all team members, AHPRA registration for all clinicians, and full Child Safe Standards compliance under Victorian regulations.
